October 26, 2007 Joy, Foster was my first District Manager with Calgon when I left active duty Navy in 1992. He was a wonderful boss and friend. He was one of only a few people in my live that have left me an ever-lasting impression of integrity, goodness, and dedication to family. Because of Foster, I am a better person today. I am thankful for the time we shared at your home in January 2006 during my DC tour. Bittersweet is our sorrow in his passing and joyous is our knowledge of his home in Heaven.
