I first met Foster almost 25 years ago at Staley. I liked him from the first time I talked to him. When I had heart surgery 7 years ago, he came to see me in the hospital. He sat with my wife and one of my daughters and offered to take them to dinner. My wife wanted to stay with me, but she thanked him.
